Randell Seyfert is a native to the Flathead Valley and has a lifelong experience with the marine business. In fact, it’s even fair to say it’s his passion. As a young man, he was always involved in his father’s business, who also owned a dealership. Learning every aspect in regards to parts and servicing boats led him to a successful sales career. After years of learning and honing his craft, Randell decided in 2003 to open Captain’s Marine. The company is based on the principles of highly reputable service and products and creating relationships with the community and clients. The proof came when his dealership became the ONLY Marine Industry Certified Dealership in the state of Montana. If you’ve ever come into the dealership then you have no doubt seen him as he immerses himself in the company workings. Sales, service or parts, he knows his way around and offers true leadership. He’s become an avid wakesurfer, boating mainly on the beautiful lake of Flathead. If you ever see him out on the water be sure to wave and say hello.

Dustin has been with Captain's Marine since June 2016. As the Parts Manager, Dustin is in charge of maintaining the parts and pro shop inventory, receiving and placing parts orders for the technicians, as well as merchandising and selling the Captain's Marine Pro Shop.
In his spare time, Dustin enjoys spending quality time with his family. They enjoy reading, playing cards, swimming, and sledding together. Dustin also enjoys riding motorcycles, atv's and snowboards, and hopes to one day restore a few old cars!

Mike has been with Captain's Marine since its founding in 2003! As the Service Advisor, Mike is responsible for ensuring all our Service Customers are well taken care of. With a mechanics background, he is able to answer any and all your boating questions, as well as assist customers with just about anything they need.
After hours you can find Mike boating or fishing on his 2004 Monterey 190FS, tinkering with Ham radios, off roading in his beloved Dune Buggy or his Jeep Wagoneer "Buster", or working on home projects.

Jarrod has been with Captain's Marine since December 2022. Before joining us, Jarrod worked in solid waste collection for 9 years and was a commercial trucker for many years before that! Jarrod brought with him a unique skillset and excellent customer service.
In his spare time, Jarrod enjoys working on cars, fishing with his wife, and playing out on the water in his Lund fishing boat!

Daniel has been with Captain's Marine since 2015. With two and a half years under his belt as a diesel and automotive technician, Daniel took the extra step to become certified to work on MasterCraft's large and highly-computerized Ilmor engines.
Being a family man, Daniel loves spending days on the water with his family, surfing and wakeboarding. He also loves his Seahawks!

Josh has been with Captain's Marine since May 2021. He is one of our four full time Service Techs! Josh started out as a Mechanic with Harley Davidson, and is a Harley man through and through. With his mechanical background in motorcycles, Josh was able to quickly adapt to the mechanics of boats!
In his spare time, Josh enjoys riding his Harley (of course!), ANYTHING to do with motorcycles, and hanging out with his family and friends. He also made it a point to say that "the boats are growing on him"!

In his spare time, Ron enjoys making sure his 6 kids grow up to be good people. He also LOVES music, camping, making knives and other metal nick-knacks on his home forge, and spending time with his family. Oh, and GO BRONCOS!

Laura started working at Captain's Marine in June 2018. Her marketing expertise was, for the most part, self-taught and she was brand new to the marine industry when she started. As the Marketing Director, Laura ensures that the website and inventory is up-to-date, while also running all of Captain's Social Media channels and organizing print, tv, and radio ads as well.
In her spare time Laura enjoys running her lifestyle blog "a cup of lo", drinking coffee, scrolling through Pinterest, shopping, interior decorating, and spending time with her husband Paul.

Bronlyn has been with Captain's Marine since it's inception in 2003! Over the years, Bronlyn has worn many hats in the company. She has been the Director of Marketing a few different times, the title clerk, the notary, and continues to be the HR Director among many many other things. Bronlyn also carries the unique title of being the owner's wife!
In her spare time Bronlyn loves boating, spending time with her husband Randell, and sunbathing!
