When you approach the Service Counter at Captain’s Marine, you will be greeted by our two friendly Service Advisors: Mike and Jarrod.

In the big shop behind them, you’ll find 8 large service bays with 5 full-time technicians hard at work. We are extremely proud to have such a full staff of technicians and service guys.. because that means we can quickly and efficiently get you back on the water, where you belong.

Our service department prides itself on quality, consistency, and thoroughness.

At other shops, you may find the option for a “$99 Winterize” that includes 1-2 minimal things you can do to “prepare your boat for winter”.
Captain’s will never give you minimal efforts, because we understand that boats are a cherished investment, and they deserve to be properly maintained.

During a winterize, our techs work their way through the full, manufacturer-recommended fluid, filter, and engine alignment services that your boat needs in order to thrive. Then, when those rough Montana winters let up, we go through an intense and thorough 55-point checklist to get your boat summarized and ready to hit the lake.

We have found ways to be as available as possible for our customers, with options like: dock-side service pick-up, the ability to text with our service department, and maintaining a full staff to ensure that no matter how you reach out, whether it be; call, text, email, Facebook message, Instagram message, online service request, or walking in our front door, someone is going to be there to help you with your boating needs.

We want to get you out on the water and keep you out there for as long as Montana allows. Period.
