On November 6th and 7th, the Captain's Marine crew participated in our 3rd Annual Quinn's Hot Springs Training Event! (for the first time since 2018)

You might be wondering "What's a Hot Springs Training Event? You learned about hot springs?" Not quite.


Quinn's Hot Springs just so happens to be where we had the honor and pleasure of gathering to do our yearly training, team building, and team bonding event.

In the two 4 hour sessions that the Captain himself hosts, we gain insight into the inner workings of the company, discuss upcoming goals and plans, as well as getting the opportunity to submit "Best Ideas" that will benefit the company.

During these sessions we also play team building games, get to know our fellow co-workers, and learn more about the boss and how his mind works, too. 

On day one, after class and team building, our spouses got to join us for a delicious catered dinner made by the amazing staff at Quinn's Hot Springs.

Then, of course, we headed to the pools for more team building.

Hey, you can't say sitting in a hot spring with your co-workers isn't team building, cause it totally is.


The next morning we met for yet another amazing catered meal - an awesome breakfast bar, then finished up day two of class.

We wanted to share about this event, not to brag (well maybe a little), but to shed light on the awesome opportunities and experiences we benefit from as employees of Captain's Marine. Having training events like this makes us better friends, better coworkers, and therefore better able to provide our amazing clients the best experience possible.
